Overlord is a sales intelligence platform operated by Overlord Technologies, LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Overlord application and to this website.
Account information. When you sign in, we receive your name and email address from your identity provider (Google or your company's single sign-on). We use this to create and secure your account.
Information you provide. Sales materials, target lists, settings, and other content you add to Overlord are stored so the product can work. This content belongs to you or your company.
Usage and log data. We keep standard technical logs (such as sign-in events and errors) to keep the service secure and reliable.
If you choose to connect your Google account, Overlord requests access to Gmail and Google Calendar in order to draft emails and create calendar events on your behalf. Overlord only acts when you direct it to. We do not read your inbox in the background, and we do not send anything without your approval.
Overlord's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular: we only use Google user data to provide the features you request, we do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not allow humans to read it except with your permission, for security purposes, or where required by law.
You can disconnect Google access at any time from inside Overlord, or by visiting your Google Account permissions page.
We use the information described above to operate the product, secure accounts, provide support, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your data to train artificial intelligence models.
We share information only with service providers that help us run Overlord (such as hosting and database providers), under agreements that limit their use of it, or when required by law. We do not share your data with other customers.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If your account or your company's agreement with us ends, we delete associated data within a reasonable period. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, encrypted storage of sensitive credentials, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but security is a core part of how Overlord is built and reviewed.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and revise the date above.
